The veteran music manager addressed Ak’s flagrant remarks during his 100 ENT show on Clubhouse, where he said the podcaster was “playing a dangerous game” by insulting the TDE songstress.
Wack, who also revealed he recently “had a talk” with Akademiks, warned the media personality that attacking a beloved Black female artist with a large number of LGBTQ+ fans could ignite a firestorm of backlash and hurt his career.
“I had a talk with him a couple of days ago. He’s been told to refrain from that name,” Wack said. “He’s a YouTube blogger, so if you say something to him he gonna say something back. Now, I really think Ak playing a dangerous game because you are attacking a Black woman.”
He continued: “Them SZA fans and them Bey Hive fans and them Meg The Stallion fans and all them fans — boy, they get to posse-ing the fuck up… 40 percent of their fans be people from LGBTQ communities.
“They get to posse-ing the fuck up and they get to protesting against Spotify because that’s where his contract is at, saying he’s using the platform to degrade and disrespect Black women.
“And they start finding them clips where it looks like its some domestic shit going on … Ak will fuck around and find himself in a bad situation … He might need to tread lightly.”
Akademiks had also previously targeted TDE’s president, Terrence “Punch” Henderson, for apparently trying to “Suge Knight” him after his disrespectful rant about SZA.
“None of y’all are Suge Knight. You don’t strike fear in my heart. There is no, ‘Oh my God, he’s going to get me!’” Ak said on a Rumble stream last week.
“I did content about the biggest killers in the world in Chicago. I’ve talked about the worst people you could imagine … I won’t be sitting here scared of an older n-gga who claims he’s a ‘thug.’”
Wack 100 clarified during his Clubhouse broadcast that while he was against Akademiks coming for SZA, he agreed that Punch is “not a street dude.” However, he said one of Ak’s other enemies could seize the opportunity to exact revenge on him and make it look like it was Punch or TDE.
“I know Punch, he’s a non-threatening guy. He was probably just voicing his opinion based upon him being close to SZA, him having business with SZA” Wack said. “Ak making the ‘Suge Knight’ comments — no way we can put Punch over there with that.
“Punch is not a street dude, he’s not a violent guy, so we gonna erase that. Because Ak has a lot of shit going on with a lot of people and something could happen … Somebody may in fact use this as an opportunity to say, ‘Get at him right now’ because they’re gonna think it’s Punch.”
During a Rumble stream earlier this month, Akademiks admitted he had been “on some liquor” before launching into an offensive tirade about SZA’s body shape and enhancement surgery, which found him scrutinizing every aspect of her appearance.
“The titties is not looking tiddying,” he said while examining a photo of the SOS songstress. “Right now, I can’t distinguish the titty from the stomach. You look like you just got a whole muthafucking bulletproof vest on. Your whole shit is flat.”
Turning his attention to the SZA’s weight, he said: “You love to eat, you are an eater. It’s cool, I love to eat too … But y’all be fat just like me, looking like a linebacker, your neck thick as a 32-pack of franks, and now y’all acting like y’all bad. You fat as fuck, let’s keep it a bean.
“You know you’ve been under the knife mad times. We don’t care how much you show that little botched BBL; you need to get back to the doctor one more time, and I’ma stand on it!”
