Experiencing Spider-Man: No Way Home on the big screens was something one would likely never experience again, as witnessing all three Spider-Man uniting was enough to strain one’s vocal cords. But despite the return of Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire, their presence never overshadowed Tom Holland, who still remained the focus and the heart of the movie.
Even after two years since its release, one recent concept art from the film has brought the film back to the spotlight, leaving fans in awe, as they expressed it should’ve been in the final cut.
The concept art from Tom Holland’s Spider-Man: No Way Home leaves fans in awe
Considering the final cut of the movie is almost clicking the 150 minutes mark, it’s reasonable to assume many ideas that’d have made the fans cheer at the top of their lungs were left out. And among them, the one concept art that has made the most buzz involves Tom Holland‘s Spider-Man confronting J. Jonah Jameson in his apartment during his Daily Bugle live stream. Although J. K. Simmons‘ Jameson plays a brief role in the plot of No Way Home, fans believe the concept art of him facing Holland should’ve ended up being in the movie.
They should have made this scene

That would’ve been awesome if we actually had a scene like this in Spider-Man NWH. I really wonder why they deleted this scene.

However, fans of J.K. Simmons’ J. Jonah Jameson can cheer up a little, as the Whiplash actor’s future in MCU Spider-Man’s story appears bright.
Fans can be optimistic about J.K. Simmons’ future in MCU
It’s obvious J.K. Simmons loves the role of Dailey Bugle’s chief, making Spider-Man’s life a living hell to the best of his ability. And with Tom Holland set to kickstart his new Spider-Man chapter in the MCU, which might be more in line with the comics and the game, fans can expect Jameson to be a constant in Spider-Man’s new journey. Reflecting on his role in the MCU moving forward, the Oscar-winning actor expressed he is hopeful about his character’s future. He said,
“Hey, I think I’m gonna be in more, so… Fingers crossed.”
Although the fourth entry in the MCU Spider-Man franchise is currently on hold amid the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strike, it might be a long wait before we witness the fan favorites back in action.
